But you've ...Okay so you are losing motivation. But you've made this exercise stuff a habit at this point (right, it only takes a month? Or so they say....). So maybe change up the routine. You are BORED. (Sorry, running is boring...yes it's a great calorie roaster...but it gets old pretty quick...in my humble opinion.) So try out something else. What about jump roping (surely Chloe would LOVE to watch mommy do this!) ~ try out your sweet skills from when you were a child...a couple twists of the rope, some backward jumps and twists, etc. Or how about jumping jacks...for a long time. ;o) Or just walking at a fairly brisk pace (best fat-burning exercise there is ~ keeping your heart rate at a level of 45-75% of your maximum). Or dancing. Or some strength training with weights (and every couple of minutes or between reps jog in place for a minute to keep your heart rate high). Or...or...or...you get the point.
